Every photo taken on your project. Not one of them leaves it.
We hand your subs a bright, purpose-built camera that does exactly one thing — take pictures inside your project and back them up to your server. No personal phones in the building. No policy for your team to chase. No image that can walk off site.
- 60 days
- order to go-live
- Nationwide
- any project, any market
- Zero assets
- we own and remove the hardware
Right now, your project’s photos live on other people’s phones.
Every sub on the job is documenting their work on a personal device. The photos you need scatter into a hundred camera rolls you don’t control. The photos you’d rather nobody took get taken anyway. And either way, chasing it lands on your team.
The photos you need, scattered.
They come in by text, by email, or not at all — untagged, unsorted, and never in the system of record where the next person can find them.
The photos you don't want, already gone.
Once an image is on a personal phone, it's synced, shared, and out of reach before anyone knows it exists.
The chasing falls on your people.
Writing the rule is the easy part. Watching for phones, reminding crews, and collecting images add up to a job nobody has time for.
A workflow, not a rulebook.
We don’t hand your team another rule to police. We install the system that makes the right thing the only thing available — a secure ops center at the entrance, digital lockers that check devices in and out, and a locked-down camera that only works inside your project.
The devices are bright and unmistakable. You can spot one from across a floor, so everyone on the job can tell who’s holding a project camera and who’s holding their own phone. That changes behavior without anyone having to say a word.

One app. One job. Nothing else on the device.
Camera, and nothing else
The handset is reduced to a single function. No messaging, no browser, no personal accounts, no way to move an image off by hand.
Geofenced capture
The camera works inside the project boundary and nowhere else. Off the site, the device does nothing.
Backup that doesn't wait
Photos upload continuously to the server of your choice over site Wi-Fi and cellular, then clear from the handset. Nobody has to remember to send anything.
Metadata that answers the question
Every image carries who took it, when, where on the site, which building and level, and any other field you want captured.
A complete trail
Who held which device and when, every check-out and check-in, lined up against every photo that device took.
Configured to your standard
Tags, folders, required fields, and destinations are set to match how your team already files project photography.
Bright devices. Smart lockers. A center that runs itself.
Purpose-built devices
High-visibility handsets you can see across a floor. Rugged, charged, and identical, so any worker can pick up any device and know exactly what it does.
Digital locker banks
Badge at the bay and it opens. Every bay charges and secures a device and releases it only to the person it's assigned to.
The ops center
A conditioned, self-contained unit at the project entrance: counter, lockers, and its own network. It arrives complete and it leaves complete.
Connectivity that stands alone
Site Wi-Fi plus cellular, so photos keep moving whether or not the project network is up. The program never touches your network.

Check out. Shoot. Check in.
- 01
We onboard the sub
Enrollment and training are ours to run, not yours. A few minutes per worker, and your team never holds a session.
- 02
Check out a device
Badge at the locker, the bay opens, the device is logged to that worker. That's the whole transaction.
- 03
Work the floor
The camera opens and photos get taken. Inside the project it simply works. Outside it, it doesn't work at all.
- 04
The photos leave, the device doesn't
Images back up to your server continuously over Wi-Fi and cellular, tagged and stamped as they go.
- 05
Check it back in
The device returns to a bay, charges, clears itself, and is ready for the next sub. No wipe request, no ticket, no follow-up.

No sign-out sheets. No chasing photos. No image that can walk off the site.
Run on site or run remotely — same program either way.

On-site management
Our people at the center through operating hours, handling enrollment, hand-offs, and anything a crew needs on the spot. Best for large fleets, heavy sub turnover, and projects where onboarding volume is the real constraint.
Remote management
The same lockers, software, and record with no attendant on site. Self-service check-out and check-in, monitored and supported by our team from off site. Best for smaller fleets, satellite sites, and the long tail of a project.
Either way it’s fully managed by us, and either way your team gets the same photos, the same metadata, and the same trail.
Anywhere in the country, within 60 days of order.
The program is a repeatable package, not a custom build. Once an order is placed we build and provision the system, stage and commission the ops center, and run onboarding — sixty days, start to finish, on any project in the United States.

Onboarding is the part most teams brace for, and it’s the part we take entirely. We enroll and train every sub that comes through the gate, and we keep doing it as crews change, for the life of the project.
At the end of the program we remove all of it. Every piece of infrastructure, hardware, and software remains our property — the project carries no asset, no residual value to argue about, and no disposal obligation.
Structured to fit how the project is funded.
Deployment plus program fee
One mobilization to stand the program up, then a fixed monthly fee for the life of the program.
Fleet-based scaling
A base fleet is covered by the program fee; devices beyond it are added at a fixed rate. Scale up without a change order.
Term written to the schedule
Programs are written to the project's schedule, not to a standard contract year.
One approval, not twelve
Set up once as a blanket approval on a fixed date so nobody is processing a monthly invoice.
Every program is quoted to the project. Tell us the fleet size and the schedule, and we’ll come back with a number.
The long view.
The photos you need, in your system
Filed to your server, tagged and stamped, the day they're taken.
The photos you don't want, never taken
Personal phones stay out of the building. The only camera on the floor is one you control.
Nothing left for your team to chase
The workflow handles it. No reminders, no confrontations, no side job for a superintendent.
Onboarding that doesn't cost you a day
We enroll and train every sub, every time. Your people keep building.
An answer when someone asks
Who took it, when, where, on which device. The whole trail, on demand.
No asset, no cleanup
We own the hardware, we maintain it, and we take it away at the end.
Let’s scope your project.
Tell us the project, the fleet size you’re thinking, and when you need it live. We’ll come back within one business day.
